Analýza systému hodnocení zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je se zabývá analýzou systému hodnocení zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. Cílem je analyzovat aktuální systém hodnocení zaměstnanců a v případě nalezení nedostatků navrhnout opatření pro tyto nedostatky, pro zefektivnění systému hodnocení zaměstnanců. Teoretická část se zabývá základními teoretickými východisky, které souvisí s tématem bakalářské práce a slouží zároveň jako podklad pro dotazníkové šetření a praktickou část. Praktická část se skládá z vyhodnocení aktuálního systému hodnocení, dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Na základě výsledků z praktické části jsou identifikovány nedostatky a navržena opatření pro odstranění těchto nedostatků.The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of an employee assessment system in a selected company. The aim of the work is to analyse the current employee assessment system and, if there are deficiencies, to propose measures for those deficiencies, in order to make the employee assessment system more efficient. The theoretical part deals with the basic theoretical bases that are related to the topic of the bachelor thesis and serve as a basis for the questionnaire survey and the practical part at the same time. The practical part consists of the evaluation of the current assessment system, the questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview. Based on the results of the practical part, the deficiencies are identified and the measures are proposed to remedy those shortcomings.
