Vztah mezi motivací, pracovní spokojeností a výkonem

Abstract

Bakalářská práce "Vztah mezi motivací, spokojeností s prací a výkonem" je zaměřena na jednotlivé aspekty, které prokazují vztahy mezi motivací, spokojeností a výkonem. Hlavním tématem je poukázat na tyto vztahy a vysvětlit jejich využití v pracovním životě. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části jsou objasněny teoretická východiska motivace, spokojenosti a výkonu a jejich vzájemné vztahy. V druhé části se věnuji malému průzkumu ve společnosti, ve kterém dokazuji teoretická východiska. Poslední kapitola je věnována shrnutí průzkumu a doporučení pro společnost. V závěru shrnuji zjištěné informace a popisuji zjištěné výsledky ze společnosti.Bachelor thesis "The relationship among motivation, job satisfaction and performance" is focused on individual aspects which demonstrate the relationship among motivation, satisfaction and performance. The main theme is to highlight these relationships and to explain their use in working life. The work is divided into two parts. The first part explained the theoretical background of motivation, satisfaction and performance and their interrelationships. The second part is devoted to a small survey in the company Robert Bosch odbytová s.r.o. where I demonstrate the theoretical foundations. The last chapter is devoted to a summary of the survey and recommendations for the company Robert Bosch odbytová s.r.o.. In the conclusion I summarize the findings and I describe the obtained results from my survey.
