Abstract
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování architektonické studie rodinného domu a vypracování části dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Investorem je čtyřčlenná rodina - manželský pár se dvěma dětmi školního věku. Řešený pozemek se nachází v Tiché Šárce v ulici Pokojná, v klidné lokalitě nabízející atraktivní výhledy. Pozemek je svažitý, s příznivou jihovýchodní orientací. Návrh domu reaguje na sklon terénu a orientaci ke svěovým stranám a hlavním výhledům a vytváří stavbu, která je v souznění s okolní krajinou. Ve tvarosloví stavby se uplatňuje vodící linie průhledové osy, která propojuje dvě hlavní hmoty a propisuje se do kompozice interiéru. Utváření vnitřních zón zajišťuje každému členovi domácnosti dostatek soukromí a zároveň podporuje společné trávení času. Zónování je podpořeno rozdělením do dvou hmot a výškovými změnami úrovní. Jedná se o zděnou stavbu a důležitou roli v materiálovém řešení hraje dále dřevo s betonem.
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of an architectural study of a family house and of parts of the documentation for the building permit. The investors are a family of four, a married couple with two school age children. The specified plot is located in Tichá Šárka, in Pokojná street, a peaceful locality offering attractive views. The plot is sloped, with a favorable southeast orientation. The design of the house takes into account the terrain slope, orientation to the cardinal points, and the main views and creates a building which is in harmony with the surrounding landscape. In the morphology of the building, the guiding line of the view axis is applied, connecting the two main masses, and is inscribed in the composition of the interior. The creation of internal zones ensures each member of the household enough privacy and at the same time encourages spending time together. Zoning is supported by the division into two masses and the height changes of the levels. The building is bricked, whereas the wood and concrete also play an important role in the material solution.
