Vliv firemní kultury na spokojenost a výkonnost studentských pracovníků ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá firemní kulturou a jejím vlivem na spokojenost a výkonnost studentských pracovníků. Cílem diplomové práce je prozkoumat firemní kulturu a její vliv na studentské pracovníky ve vybrané firmě, analyzovat stávající stav a navrhnout vhodná zlepšení. V teoretické části jsou popsány důvody studentů pro práci během studia, právní možnosti spolupráce, firemní kultura a její vliv na spokojenost a výkonnost pracovníků. V praktické části je představena a popsána vybraná firma, analyzován současný stav při využívání studentských pracovníků a je provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi studentskými pracovníky. Z vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a analýzy stávajícího stavu jsou navrhnuta možná zlepšení do budoucna.This thesis deals with corporate culture and its impact on student worker satisfaction and performance. The aim of the thesis is to investigate the corporate culture and its impact on student workers in a selected company, to analyse the current situation and suggest suitable improvements. In the theoretical part, the reasons of students for working during their studies, legal possibilities of coworking, corporate culture and its influence on the satisfaction and performance of workers are described. In the practical part, the selected company is introduced and described, the current situation in the use of student workers is analysed and a questionnaire survey among student workers is conducted. From the evaluation of the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the current situation, possible improvements for the future are suggested.
