Sušení biomasy v kontaktních sušárnách

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá sušením biomasy. Jsou v ní popsány způsoby sušení a různé typy sušáren. Hlavním předmětem práce je sušení kontaktní, jenž je teoreticky popsáno ve vlastní kapitole. Dále jsou v práci uvedena data experimentálních měření a jejich vyhodnocení. Na základě teorie kontaktního sušení je v prostředí MATLAB vytvořeny výpočtový model a výsledky jsou srovnány s výsledky experimentů. Na závěr práce je zkoumán vliv změny provozních parametrů na průběh sušení.

This diploma thesis describes the drying of biomass. It describes methods of drying and various types of dryers. The main subject of the thesis is contact drying, which is theoretically described in its own chapter. Furthermore, the thesis presents data of experimental measurements and their evaluation. Based on the theory of contact drying, a computational model is created in MATLAB and the results are compared with results from experiments. At the end of the thesis, the influence of changes of operational parameters on drying process is investigated.
