Abstract
Diplomová práce "Faktory úspěchu neziskové organizace" je věnována oblasti neziskového sektoru. Cílem práce je analýza faktorů úspěšnosti neziskové organizace a zhodnocení konkrétní státní příspěvkové organizace z hlediska její efektivnosti a dlouhodobé udržitelnosti. Analýza organizace je provedena pomocí SWOT analýzy, nestrukturovaných rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření. Získané výsledky jsou vyhodnoceny a na identifikované nedostatky jsou navržena konkrétní doporučení.
The diploma thesis "Success factors of non-profit organization" is dedicated to non-profit sector. The aim of the thesis is to analyze success factors of non-profit organization and evaluation of specific governmental organization in terms of its effectiveness and long-term sustainability. Analysis of the organization is carried out using a SWOT analysis, unstructured interviews and questionnaires survey. The results obtained are evaluated and the identified deficiencies are designed for specific recommendations.
