Abstract

V dané diplomové práci se řeší administrativní budova na území bývalé textilarny v Liberci. Navrhovaná stavba se nachází v severozapadní části a vytváří administrativní funkci v nově navrženém centru s funkci bydlení a administrativa. Stavba má tři funkční celky: kancelaře, komerční prostory a restauraci. Hmotá a forma stavby vyplyvá z funkcí, formy terénu a z průhledových os. Podzemní parking obslouží všechny záměstnance a navštevníky. Celý objekt je rozdělen na dvě budovy: Office A a Office B vyčnívajicích se ze společneho parkingu. V jížní části objektu vzníká meet and chill zóna kde se dá relaxovat a odpočivat.The diploma thesis deals with an administrative building on the territory of the former textile factory in Liberec. The proposed building is located in the north-west part and creates an administrative function in the newly designed center with the function of housing and administration. The building has three functional units: a canteen, a commercial area, and a restaurant. The mass and shape of a building comes from functions, terrain forms, and the viewing axes. Underground parking serves all the guests and visitors. The entire building is divided into two buildings: Office A and Office B protruding from a comon parking lot. There is a meeting and chill zone in the lower part of the building.
