Analýza synkineze chůze pacientů s Parkinsonovou chorobou

Abstract

Diplomovápráca rieši vplyv Parkinsonovej choroby na synkinézu chôdze. Cieľom tejto práce je určiť vplyv hornej končatiny avplyv efektu medikácie na poruchy chôdze. Zamerala som sa na výpočet symetrie končatín, prvého príznaku Parkinsonovej choroby. Na výpočet symetrie sompoužila akcelerometrické dáta. Zvolila sommetódu bilaterálnych cyklogramov ametódu využívajúcu vlastné vektory. Získané hodnoty symetrie zoboch metód som štatisticky vyhodnotila pomocou t-testuakorelačného koeficientu. Uskutočnenou štúdiou somzistila, že symetria horných končatín je synchrónna so symetriou dolných, ažeefekt medikácie nemá vplyv na poruchy chôdze.Master thesis describes the impact of Parkinson Diseaseon synkinesias in gait analysis. The aim of this work is to determine the impactof the upper limbs and the impact of the effect of medication on a walking disorder. I was focused on calculating symmetry limbs, the first symptom of Parkinson's disease. To calculate symmetry I used accelerometric data. I chose the method of bilateral cyclograms and the method which use their own vectors. The obtained values of symmetry of the two methods I statistically evaluated by t-test and correlation coefficient. Based on the studies Ifound thatthe symmetry of the upper limbs is synchronous with the symmetry o f the lower limbs, and thet the impactthe medication has no effect on walking disorder.
