Porovnání metrologických možností souřadnicových měřicích strojů

Abstract

V této práci budu porovnávat souřadnicové měřicí stroje s optickým a dotykovým senzorem. Nejprve se zaměřím na princip souřadnicového měření a druhy konstrukcí souřadnicových strojů. Dále jednotlivě popíši druhy optických a dotykových senzorů, z čeho se skládají a jejich princip měření. V další části porovnám hodnoty získané měřením na popsaných souřadnicových strojích. Bude se jednat o dva druhy získaných hodnot již zmíněných senzorů. Závěrem zhodnotím, které měření je vhodnější a proč.In this thesis I will compare coordinate measuring machines with optical and tactile sensor. First, I will focus on the principle of coordinate measuring and types of constructions of coordinate machines. I will also describe individually the types of optical and touch sensors, what they consist of and their measurement principle. In the next part I will compare the values obtained by measurement on the described coordinate machines. These will be two types of acquired values of the already mentioned sensors. Finally, I evaluate which measurement is more appropriate and why.
