Abstract
Účelem této práce je využít metod manažerského rozhodování pro výběr informačního systému do středně velké společnosti. V práci jsou uvedeny druhy informačních systémů. Jedna z kapitol se věnuje konkrétnímu typu systému. Dále jsou v práci popsány různé metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování včetně jejich postupu. Nakonec je pomocí vybraných metod určena optimální varianta informačního systému a výsledek je zhodnocen.
The purpose of this thesis is to use the managerial decision-making methods to choose an information system for a medium-sized company. In the thesis the types of information systems are presented. One of the chapters deals with a specific type of system. Furthermore, various methods of multicriteria decision making are described, including their procedure. Finally, the optimal variants of the information system are determined using selected methods and the result is evaluated.
