Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout konstrukční řešení podávacího systému lisu na zalisování ložisek. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři hlavní části-teoretická část, koncepční část, konstrukční část a výpočtová část. Teoretická část obsahuje rešerši jednotlivých částí podávacího systému. Koncepční část se skládá z návrhu více řešení podávacího systému. Konstrukční část se zabývá popisem konstrukce vybraného řešení podávacího systému. Výpočtová část je zaměřena na kontrolu konstrukčních uzlů, návrhové výpočty motoru a výpočty rentabilnosti navrženého podávacího systému.
The purpose of this bachelor’s thesis is to design feeding system for bearing press. The thesis is divided into three main parts-theoretical part, conceptual part, construction part and calculation’s part. Theoretical part contains recherche of individual parts of the feeding system. Conceptual part contains conceptual designs of multiple feeding systems. Construction part contains description of the chosen design of feeding system. Calculation’s part is focused on control of construction nodes, engine design calculations and profitability calculations.
