Integrace sušení biomasy do výtopenského systému

Abstract

Práce se zabývá integrací sušení biomasy do systému horkovodního vytápění a porovnává její přínos oproti systému bez sušení. Do systému je zařazena rotační bubnová sušárna otápěná vodou z kotle, pára ze sušárny je navíc využívána k předehřevu vratné vody z otopné soustavy. Práce rovněž obsahuje návrh použité sušárny a kondenzátoru brýdové páry. Přínos integrace sušení je v závěru shrnut z ekonomického hlediska.This thesis describes integration of biomass drying into the district heating system and compares it to a system without it. The system is equipped with a rotary drum dryer, which is heated by the water from a boiler; moreover, the waste vapour is then used for preheating the return pipe water. The thesis also includes design of used dryer and condenser. The benefit of integration of biomass drying is in the end concluded from an economic point of view.
