Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro rodinu spisovatele a klavíristky a jejich dvou dětí na pozemku bývalého syenitového lomu. Lokalita se nachází uprostřed lesa nedaleko nejsevernější obce České republiky - Lobendava. Forma stavby reaguje ostrými tvary a barevností na dramatický charakter svažitého pozemku a na jeho někdejší funkci lomu. Umístění a orientace má za cíl poskytnout co možná nejvíce denního osvětlení a využít jedinečné výhledy na krajinu, které pozemek poskytuje. Budova se snaží svou velikostí dopřát dostatek prostoru pro své obyvatele v tomto odlehlém místě a svým vybavením vyhovět specifickým potřebám umělecky orientovaným majitelům.The subject of the bachelor thesis is to design a house on the grounds of a former syenite quarry for a family of a writer and a pianist and their two children. The site is located in the middle of a forest, near the northernmost village of the Czech Republic - Lobendava. With sharp shapes and colours the form of the building reacts to the dramatic character of the sloping land and to its former function of a quarry. The location and orientation of the house aims to provide as much daylight as possible and take advantage of the unique views of the countryside which the land provides. By its size the building is trying to provide enough space to the residents in this remote place and with its facilities to meet the specific needs of artistically oriented owners.
