Abstract

Tato Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem kompozitních materiálů. Popisuje jejich dělení podle materiálu matrice, výztuže a jejího rozmístění v kompozitu. V rámci experimentální části byly vyrobeny kompozity, ty se porovnávaly s kompozity průmyslově vyráběnými. Jednalo se o kompozity s polymerní matricí vyztužené u prvního typu papírem a u druhého typu bavlněnou textilii. Vzorky kompozitů byly obrobeny na požadovaný rozměr a podrobeny zkoušce ohybem. V závěru došlo k porovnání hodnot napětí na mezi pevnosti v ohybu jednotlivých typů kompozitu.This Bachelor thesis deals with the description of composite materials. It describes their classification according to the matrix material, reinforcement and its distribution in the composite. In the experimental part, composites were fabricated and these were compared with industrially produced composites. These were polymer matrix composites reinforced with paper for the former and cotton fabric for the latter. The composite samples were machined to the required dimensions and subjected to a bending test. Finally, the stress values were compared between the flexural strengths of each type of composite.
