Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá realizací stavby z pohledu přípraváře generálního dodavatele stavby. V teoretické části budou probrány obecné smluvní vztahy, ekonomicko-technické a další informace o stavebním oboru, které jsou pro povolání přípraváře nezbytné. V praktické části bude probrán konkrétní druh stavby a princip fungování přípraváře v dodavatelské firmě. Bude probíhat výběrové řízení subdodavatelských firem a výběr alternativních výrobků, které umožní úspěšné dokončení projektu, jak po stránce termínové, tak finanční.The diploma thesis deals with the realization of the construction from the point of view of the general contractor of the building. In the theoretical part will be discussed general contractual relations, economic-technical and other information about the construction branch, which are necessary for the profession of preparation technique. In the practical part will be discussed the concrete type of construction and the principle of functioning preparation of construction in the supplier company. There will be a selection of subcontracting companies and a selection of alternative products that will allow successful completion of the project, both in term and in financial terms.
