Využití přečerpávací vodní elektrárny v krátkodobé přípravě a operativním provozu

Abstract

Cílem práce je vytvořit výpočetní aplikaci, která bude dispečerům ve společnosti ČEZ, a.s. pomáhat při návrhu turbínových a čerpadlových chodů přečerpávacích vodních elektráren. V první části je popsán princip fungování přečerpávacích vodních elektráren, včetně popisu všech elektráren tohoto typu u nás. Dále se práce věnuje tuzemským trhům s elektřinou a energetické burze EEX v Německu, která české trhy výrazně ovlivňuje. Poslední popisná část práce čtenáři přibližuje problematiku výkonových odchylek u výrobců elektrické energie a jejich regulaci. V závěrečné kapitole je pak popsáno fungování samotné aplikace, omezující podmínky při navrhování nasazení a manuál k jejímu ovládání.The goal of this diploma thesis is to create a computer application that will help dispatchers in the company ČEZ, to assist in draft of turbine and pump running of pumped storage power plants. The first part describes the principle of pumped storage power plants, including a description of all the plants of this type in the country. In second chapter, a domestic electricity market and the power exchange EEX in Germany are described, because of their significant influence in Czech markets. Last part of research identifies the issues of power imbalances among electricity producers and their regulation. The final chapter introduces the new application, constraints in designing and deploying as well as manual for its control.
