Abstract
Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení existujících komerčně dostupných radiologických informačních systémů, jejich analýza a stanovení doporučení pro uživatele a tvůrce nemocničních informačních systémů. Vybrané systémy byly nejprve popsány pomocí deskriptivních metod. Možnosti jednotlivých systémů byly zhodnoceny pomocí komparativních a faktoriálních metod, spolu se SWOT analýzou. Ekonomická stránka systémů byla zhodnocena analýzou nákladové efektivity. Na základě získaných informací byla vytvořena doporučení pro uživatele a tvůrce systémů.
The purpose of the thesis was to evaluate existing and commercially available Radiological Information Systems to analyze them and make recommendations for users and creators of Hospital Information Systems. Selected systems were described using descriptive methods. Possibilities of the systems were evaluated using comparative and factorial methods, together with SWOT analysis. The economic aspect of the systems was evaluated by cost-effectiveness analysis. Based on the information obtained, recommendations for users and creators were created.
