Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem implementace robotické technologie je pro výrobu dřevěných schodišť a její multikriteriální porovnání s konvenčními metodami výroby. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda je možné pomocí robotizace zefektivnit výrobu, zkrátit termín dodání a zlepšit kvalitu výrobku. Práce popisuje typologii, požadavky na návrh schodišť a dostupné technologie pro výrobu. Praktické část se zabývá experimentální výrobou schodiště na robotizovaných strojích a následné porovnání výrobní kapacity.
The thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the robotic technology to produce wooden staircases and its multi-criteria comparison with conventional manufacturing methods. The aim of the thesis was determined whether it is possible to enhance production efficiency, shorten manufacture and delivery times, design requirements for staircases and available production technologies. The practical part involves the experimental production of staircase using robotic machinery and subsequent comparison of production capacities.
