Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro komfortní bydlení čtyřčlenné rodiny se sportovním zaměřením. Zadaný pozemek se nachází na svažitém zalesněném území na břehu Lipna. Terén je svažitý směrem na jihozápad. Navrhovaná hmota je dvoupodlažní, přístupná z terénu v obou podlažích a dělí se na tři funkční celky: technická zóna, vstupní denní zóna a noční zóna. Dominantní částí je denní zóna prostupující obě podlaží s přímým vstupem na částečně krytou terasu s venkovní kuchyní. Noční zóna je situována do horního podlaží umožňujícího výhled a dostatečné soukromí. Stavba se otevírá směrem na jihozápad k vodní ploše a odvrací se od poměrně rušné komunikace, odkud se dům zdá jako nenápadná jednopodlažní stavba. Fasáda je řešena z materiálu titanzinek pro technické části stavby (garáž, sklady) a dřeva pro obytnou část (denní, noční zóna).The subject of this thesis is to design a family house for a comfortable living of a sport focused family of four. The assigned plot is located in a sloping wooded area on the shore of lake Lipno. The terrain is sloping towards south-west. The proposed model has two floors, it is accessible from the ground from both storeys and it is divided into three functional parts: a technical zone, an entry day zone and a night area. The dominant part is the day area passing through both floors and allowing access to a partially covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen. The night zone is situated in the upper floor allowing views and sufficient privacy. The building opens to the south-west, towards the water body and away from a rather busy road, where the house seems like an unassuming single-storey building. The facade is designed from titanium zinc for the technical part of the building (the garage, storage facilities) and wood for the living facilities (day and night zone).
