Možnosti a efektivita záchranných činností složek integrovaného záchranného systému na vodě, se zaměřením na řeku Vltavu

Abstract

Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kdenás v teoretické části seznamuje s hydrologií vod, nebezpečnými místy a možnými příčinami nebezpečí nařece Vltavě. Dále seznamuje sezáchrannými složkami a jejich činností na vodě. Vpraktické části pomocí krátkých řízených rozhovorůověřujihypotézu, zdavznik integrovaného záchranného systému pozitivně ovlivnil záchrannou činnost na vodě. Vposlední části práce porovnávámožnostiHasičského záchranného sboru ČRa Vodní záchranné služby Českého červeného kříževe vztahu kzáchranným pracem na daném úseku řeky Vltavya zabývá se statistikou utonulých vČR.The thesis is divided into two parts, whereas in theoretical introduction it presents waters hydrology, hazardous places, and potential risk roots on Moldau (Vltava) river. Furthermore, it summarizes rescue bodies and their activities on water. In practical part it uses short targeted discussions to review the theory that establishment ofintegrated rescue system had positive effect on rescue activities on water. In the final part the thesis compares possibilities of Fireman Brigade of the CR and Water Rescue Service of the Czech Red Cross with regard to the rescue works on the respective section of Moldau (Vltava) river and works with statistics of drowned persons in the CR
