Implementace výroby na robotické montážní buňce

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh předmětu montáže a jeho následnou implementaci do výrobní buňky v CIIRC. Pro realizaci této implementace bylo potřeba získat základní poznatek o simulačních nástrojích a jejich použití v praxi. V rešeršní části je dále probírané téma robotiky, a to především s ohledem na ty roboty, které se nachází v robotické buňce, které se diplomová práce týká. Na téma robotiky navazuje rešerše o řízení a programování robotů. V rámci vlastní práce byl proveden návrh předmětu montáže a výrobní postup s ohledem na dispozice montážní buňky. Po návrzích následuje již samotná práce se softwary pro simulaci robotické buňky, jejichž cílem je virtuální zprovoznění.This thesis focuses on the design of an assembly object and its subsequent implementation in a production cell at CIIRC. To realize this implementation, it was necessary to gain a basic understanding of simulation tools and their use in practice. In the research part, the topic of robotics is further discussed, especially with respect to those robots that are located in the robotics cell that the thesis is concerned with. The topic of robotics is followed by research on their control and programming. Within the actual thesis, the design of the subject assembly and the manufacturing process has been carried out with respect to the layout of the assembly cell. After the designs, the actual work with the software for the virtual commissioning of the robotic cell is already following.
