Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem získáváním a výběrem zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je analyzovat proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci, posoudit uplatňované postupy a navrhnout vhodné změny. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základy procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Praktická část je zaměřena na průmyslovou společnost TIRAD, s. r. o. a její proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců.The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of recruitment and selection of employees in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the selected organization, to assess the applied procedures and to propose suitable changes. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the basics of recruitment and selection process. The practical part is focused on the industrial company TIRAD, s. r. o. and its process of recruiting and selecting employees.
