Abstract
Práce se zabývá návrhem šrotovníku výlisků semen olejnin. V první části se práce zabývá rešerší průmyslových šrotovníků. V druhé části je proveden návrh stroje a popsána metodika návrhu. Následně je vytvořen DEM model, na základě kterého jsou provedeny simulace třídění. Simulace jsou vyhodnoceny v závislosti na otáčkách třídicího koše.
The work deals with the design of a shredder for pressed cakes of oilseeds. In the first part, the work deals with the research of industrial shredder. In the second part, the design of the machine is carried out and the design methodology is described. Subsequently, a DEM model is created on the basis of which sorting simulations are performed. The simulations are evaluated depending on the speed of the sorting basket.
