Sázava - nové centrum - lokalita Podzámčí

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je komplexní návrh urbanistické studie centra města Sázava, a to lokality Podzámčí, lokality okolo kulturního domu a návrh rozhledny na vrchu nad městem. Součástí je analýza všech lokalit, průzkumy a rozbory a návrh různých variant řešení území. Významným motivem řešení jsou osy výhledů směřující na sázavský klášter. Následuje návrh veřejného prostranství v lokalitě v podzámčí, která je v těsné blízkosti Sázavského kláštera. Ten zahrnuje architektonickou studii přilehlých budov a návrh parteru. Součástí je specifikace všech prvků mobiliáře, osvětlení, specifikace povrchů a druhů zeleně. Cílem je vytvořit zástavbu odpovídající historickému centru města, s odpovídající vybaveností, která ve městě chybí. Součástí je i nová reprezentativní budova městského úřadu.The main purpose of this diploma thesis aims to present a comprehensive design of an urban study of the center of Sázava city focused on the locality Podzámčí further to the sites in the vicinity of the house of culture including a proposed design of an observation tower situated on the hill above the city. The thesis involves location analysis, research and surveys covering a presentation of various options to tackle the area. A significant solution incentives are the axis of views facing the Sázava monastery. Furthermore a proposal follows for a public space that is in close proximity to the monastery Sázava. The latter covers an architectural study of adjacent buildings together with a floor design. Comprising the specifications of all aspects of the furniture, lighting, surface specifications and types of greenery. The aim is to create an installation corresponding to the historical city centre with the appropriate facilities the city lacks. Lastly a new representative municipality is introduced.
