Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Praze na Hanspaulce. Tato lokalita se vyznačuje svojí luxusní polohou s panoramatickým výhledem na Prahu. Pozemek je situován ve významné vilové zástavbě, v blízkém dosahu MHD. Návrh domu vychází z charakteristiky pozemku orientovaného jižním směrem. Koncept objektu je přizpůsoben výhledu a klade důraz na kvalitní způsob bydlení. Hmoty jsou umístěny tak, aby byly co nejlépe orientovaný ke světovým stranám. Dominantou rodinného domu je konzola, charakteristická bílým keramickým obkladem a odkud je vidět až na Pražský hrad či Žižkovskou věž. Dům nabízí nadstandartní možnosti vyžití - fitness, venkovní vířivku a relaxační jižní zahradu.The Bachelor Thesis deals with the design of a family house in Prague, in the locality of Hanspaulka. This area is renowned for its excellent location with a panoramic view of Prague. The plot is situated in a prominent residential area, within an easy reach of public transport links. The house design is based on the characteristics of the plot which faces the south. The concept of the building is tailored to the view and puts a great emphasis on a high quality of living. The masses are arranged in such a way so that their orientation best corresponds with the cardinal points. The dominant feature of the house is the bracket, distinguished with white ceramic cladding, from where you can see as far as the Prague Castle or the Žižkov Television Tower. The house offers superior leisure time facilities - a fitness studio, an outdoor hot tub and the southern garden for relaxation.
