Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává studii rodinného domu navrženého podle požadavků investorů – čtyřčlenné rodiny, která má ráda aktivní životní styl a přírodu. Tento požadavek ovlivnil jejich výběr pozemku v blízkosti turistických a cyklistických tras. Pozemek se nachází v Janově nad Nisou, kde se klid přírody snoubí s dopravní dostupností do Jablonce nad Nisou. Součástí projektu bylo zpracování části projektové dokumentace ve stupni stavebního povolení. Hlavním cílem projektu je vytvořit příjemné bydlení s propojením s přírodou. Dům se otevírá do zahrady, což majitelům poskytuje nepřetržité výhledy na Vysoký hřeben a Ještěd.Dispozičně je rodinný dům rozdělen na noční a denní část, s orientací obytných místností na západ, díky čemuž si rodina může užívat dostatek přirozeného světla po celý den. Objekt je zasazen do terénu tak, aby nenarušoval krajinný ráz a tradiční zástavbu.This bachelor's thesis presents a study of a family house designed according to the requirements of the investors—a family of four who enjoy an active lifestyle and nature. This preference influenced their choice of a plot near hiking and cycling trails. The plot is located in Janov nad Nisou, where the tranquility of nature is combined with convenient transportation links to Jablonec nad Nisou. The project includes the preparation of part of the project documentation at the building permit stage. The main goal of the project is to create a pleasant living space connected with nature. The house opens into the garden, providing the owners with uninterrupted views of Vysoký hřeben and Ještěd. The layout of the family house is divided into night and day zones, with the living areas oriented to the west, allowing the family to enjoy ample natural light throughout the day. The house is integrated into the terrain in a way that preserves the landscape character and traditional architecture of the area.
