Polyfunkční objekt v urbanistické ose Koutníkovy třídy v Hradci Králové

Abstract

Zadání diplomové práce vychází z předdiplomního projektu, ve kterém se řešil nevyhovující stav oblasti za železničním nádražím v Hradci Králové. Na základě urbanistického návrhu jsem si pak vybral zadání pro diplomovou práci. Zadáním je část městského bloku v průniku existující Koutníkovy třídy a nové plánované třídy probíhající za železničním nádražím. Na základě Gočárových principů se objekt nachází v ose Koutníkovy třídy a je proto kladen důraz pro vnímání budovy jako dominanty. Výsledná hmota vznikla průnikem mnoha požadavků, jako jsou urbanistické osy, historické urbanistické zásady, navrhnutý masterplan, budoucí vývoj Hradce Králové. V návrhu se nakonec objevují dominanty dvě, jedna historická a druhá moderní. Historická v podobě sto let staré sýpky stojící nehnutě v pozoru ve směru k centru Hradce Králové, dominanta nová se naopak majestátně tyčí směrem od centra města k nové čtvrti a ve fasádě se jí odráží vize budoucího progresivního vývoje.The assignment of the thesis is based on a pre-diploma project in which the unsatisfactory state of the area behind the railway station in Hradec Králové was solved. Based on the urban design, I chose the assignment for the thesis. The assignment is a part of the city block in the intersection of the existing Koutník class and the new planned class running behind the railway station. On the basis of Gočár's principles, the object is located on the axis of Koutník's class and therefore the emphasis is placed on the perception of the building as a dominant. The resulting mass was created by the intersection of many requirements, such as urban axes, historical urban principles, designed master plan, future development of Hradec Králové. In the end, two, one historical and one modern one dominate the design. The historic one-hundred-year-old granary standing motionless in the direction of the center of Hradec Králové, the new one dominates majestically from the city center to the new district, and in the facade reflects the vision of future progressive development.
