Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá mechanickými vlastnostmi chirurgického stehu pro plastiku aortální chlopně. První část se zabývá stavbou, mechanickými vlastnostmi, technikami plastik a náhrad aortální chlopně. Jsou zde také popsané experimentální metody vhodné pro získání materiálové odezvy cípu chlopně. Druhá část je věnována zpracování experimentálních dat získaných z tahových zkoušek cípu chlopně s chirurgickým stehem a následným vyhodnocením.
This thesis focuses on mechanical properties of surgical suture for aortic valve reconstruction. The first part focuses on structure, mechanical properties, reconstruction, and replacement techniques of aortal valve. It also describes the appropriate experimental methods suitable for obtaining material response of valves. The second part discusses the processing of experimental data acquired by uniaxial testing of the valvular cups with a surgical suture and its evaluation.
