Analýza rizik objektu vozovny Střešovice a návrh opatření na vybrané nejvýraznější hrozby

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu analýzy rizik tramvajové vozovny v pražských Střešovicích. Jejímu komplexnímu provedení a následnému zpracování případných návrhů proti vybraným nejvýznamnějším hrozbám, které jí byly identifikovány. Teoretická část se zabývá představením Dopravního podniku hlavního města Prahy, a.s. jako provozovatele vozovny. Následuje charakteristika analyzovaného objektu, jeho současnost, historie a další informace. Také je řešeno vymezení základních pojmů týkající se problematiky analýzy rizik a popisem možných metod, jak ji realizovat. Na to navazuje praktická část, která má několik cílů. Především analýzu současné havarijní dokumentace, identifikace aktiv a hrozeb daného objektu a vytvoření předběžné analýzy rizik softwarovým programem Riskan, na jejíž výsledky dále navazuje kvalitativní metoda – SWOT analýza. Bylo zjištěno, že hrozby s vysokou mírou rizika pro objekt vozovny Střešovice jsou požár, dopravní nehoda a únik nebezpečné látky. SWOT analýza potvrdila riziko požáru, upozornila na nedostatečnou znalost bezpečnostních opatření zaměstnanci a poukázala na možnost soustředit se do budoucna na nácviky různých mimořádných událostí. V reakci na získané výsledky byly navrženy návrhy opatření proti nejvýraznějším hrozbám. Výsledky práce mohou přispět k možnosti snížení rizik a tím i zvýšení celkové bezpečnosti.The focus of the bachelor's thesis is on conducting a risk analysis of the tram depot in Prague Střešovice. The analysis includes a comprehensive assessment of potential risks and proposes strategies to mitigate the most significant threats that have been identified. The theoretical section of the thesis provides the introduction of the Prague Public Transit Company, a joint-stock company as the operator of the tram depot. This is followed by the characteristics of the analysed object, its present, history and other information. It also deals with the definition of basic concepts related to the issue of risk analysis and a description of possible methods to conduct it. This is followed by a practical part, which has several objectives. First, the analysis of the current depot's emergency documentation, identification of assets and threats of the object and the creation of a preliminary risk analysis by the software program Riskan, the results of which are further followed by a qualitative method – SWOT analysis. The analysis revealed that the threats with a high level of risk for the Střešovice depot are fire, traffic accidents, and hazardous substance leaks. The SWOT analysis confirmed the risk of fire, highlighted the lack of knowledge of safety measures by employees and pointed out the possibility of focusing on training for various emergencies in the future. In response to the results obtained, proposals for measures against the most significant threats were proposed. The results of the work can contribute to the possibility of reducing risks and thus increasing overall safety.
