Výstavbové projekty dopravních staveb realizované malými firmami

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci se zabývám výstavbovými projekty dopravních staveb realizované malými firmami. V teoretické části je uvedeno, za jakých podmínek se jedná o malou firmu a jsou i uvedeny případné organizační struktury těchto firem. Dále je zde popsána investorská činnost, zejména pak zadávaní veřejných zakázek a jsou i uvedeny jejich zadávací podmínky. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá dodavatelskou činností dopravních staveb a jejich hlavním problémem, kterým je nesplnění zadávacích podmínek při podání nabídek. Veškerá tato problematika byla zpracována s využitím odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů, zejména pak bylo čerpáno z příslušné legislativy, která se vztahuje k celému výstavbovému projektu. V neposlední řadě jsou uvedeny i výhody a nevýhody působnosti malé stavební firmy v roli subdodavatele a dále i problematika zabezpečení zakázek formou společnosti (tj. ve sdružení více firem).In this bachelor thesis I deal with construction projects of traffic constructions realized by small companies. In the theoretical part, it is stated under what conditions it is a small company and there are also listed possible organizational structures of these companies. Furthermore, there is described the investor activity, especially the awarding of public contracts and their tender conditions are also stated. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the supply activity of transport structures and their main problem, which is the failure to meet the tender conditions when submitting bids. All these issues have been elaborated with the use of specialized literature and Internet resources, in particular the relevant legislation related to the entire construction project. Last but not least, the advantages and disadvantages of the activity of a small construction company as a subcontractor and also the issue of securing orders in the form of a company (i.e. more than one association) are also mentioned.
