Fyzioterapeutická intervence u dětského pacienta se Silver - Russell syndromem

Abstract

Bakalářská práce má za úkol osvětlit problematiku syndromu Silver - Russell. Předmětem této práce je rehabilitace u dětského pacienta, u kterého se projevuje symptomatika tohoto syndromu, ačkoliv ještě nebyl potvrzený genetickým vyšetřením. Současný stav zahrnuje informace získané z dostupné české i světové literatury a odborných článků. V této kapitole jsou uvedeny genetické souvislosti a základní klinické projevy onemocnění, jako je růstová retardace, nízká porodní hmotnost, opožděný kostní věk, či makrocefalie. Metodika obsahuje vyšetřovací postupy a terapeutické metody, které se v rámci rehabilitace využívají. Je zde také uvedena charakteristika pracoviště, kde se prováděly veškeré terapeutické úkony. Uvedena je zde i léčba růstovým hormonem. Speciální část uvádí vypracovaný vstupní kineziologický rozbor, z něhož byl vytvořen krátkodobý rehabilitační plán a také následné cvičební jednotky. Jsou zde uvedeny výpisy ze zdravotní dokumentace a podrobně popsány jednotlivé cvičební jednotky, které pacient absolvoval. Na závěr této kapitoly je zpracován závěrečný kineziologický rozbor a na základě toho sestavený dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Závěr práce hodnotí výsledky, kterých bylo dosaženo, a celkový aktuální stav pacienta.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to explain Silver - Russell syndrome. The subject of the thesis is the rehabilitation of a child patient suffering from symptoms of SRS even though the existence of the syndrome is not yet confirmed by a genetic examination of this patient. The current information includes information gathered from available Czech and foreign specialized sources. The genetic implications and basic clinical manifestations of this condition are also mentioned here such as growth retardation, low birth weight, delayed bone age or macrocephaly. The methodology includes examining procedures and therapeutic methods usually used in this type of rehabilitation. The characteristics of the clinic where all the therapeutic procedures were done is also described here. Furthermore this chapter discusses treatment using growth hormones. The special section presents a final kinesiological analysis out of which a short term plan of rehabilitation and exercises has been created. Medical documentation reports and a detailed description of the exercises carried out by the patient are also presented here. The chapter ends with a final kinesiological analysis on the basis of which a long term rehabilitation plan was structured. The final chapter evaluates the results achieved by the patient and their current medical condition.
