Robotizace svařovacího procesu při svařování hliníkových slitin

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou svařování hadicových navijáků společnosti Haar CZ s.r.o. konvenčními metodami MIG, TIG a robotizovaném svařování stejnými metodami. V teoretické části diplomové práce je vytvořen přehled konvenčního a robotizovaného svařování hliníkových slitin a rozdělení konceptů robotického svařovacího pracoviště. V experimentální části diplomové práce je popsáno navržení vhodných svařovacích parametrů pro robotické svaření konkrétního dílu a navržení finálního pracoviště pro společnost Haar CZ s.r.o.The diploma thesis deals with the issue of welding hose reels of the company Haar CZ s.r.o. conventional methods MIG, TIG and robotic welding by the same methods. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis provides an overview of conventional and robotic welding of aluminum alloys and the division of concepts of robotic welding workplace. The experimental part of the diploma thesis describes the design of suitable welding parameters for robotic welding of a specific part and the design of the final workplace for the company Haar CZ s.r.o.
