Vliv rychlosti deformace na polohu FLC křivky

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem rychlosti deformace na zásobu plasticity materiálů. Teoretická část pojednává o tváření se zaměřením na hodnocení tvářitelnosti pomocí FLD diagramů, které jsou nezbytné pro návrh lisovacích operací, a to zejména v automobilovém průmyslu. Cílem experimentální části je zjistit, jaký vliv má změna rychlosti deformace na polohu FLC křivky, hraniční křivky FLD diagramu. Dále je zkoumáno, zda výsledky experimentu odpovídají numerické simulaci.The diploma thesis deals with the influence of the strain rate on the plasticity of materials. The theoretical part describes forming with focus a on the evaluation of formability using Forming Limit Diagrams, which are necessary for the design of press operations, especially in the automotive industry. The goal of the experimental part is to find out what effect the change of strain rate has on the position of the FLC, the limit curve of the FLD. It is further investigated whether the results of the experiment correspond to the numerical simulation.
