Simulace vstřikovaných dílů

V rámci této bakalářské práce byla formou rešerše zpracována problematika numerické simulace vstřikování polymerních dílů. V úvodu práce je nastíněna základní teorie reologie materiálů, ze které následně vycházejí simulační softwary, které jsou popsány v následujících pasážích této práce. Dále je zde popsán proces reálné práce s voskovým modelem lopatky a jeho porovnání se simulací v softwaru CADMOULD od společnosti Simcon.

This bachelor thesis describes simulation of injection of polymeric parts. At the beginning is described the basic theory of rheology of materials from which comes simulation programs which are described in following parts of this thesis. As another point the process of real work with wax polymer model of the blade and its comparison with simulation in CADMOULD software is described.
