Výskyt vergenčních vad v populaci

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou vergenčních vad. V úvodních kapitolách zmiňuje anatomii senzorické a motorické části oka, zabývá se očními pohyby monokulárními a binokulárními, motilitou bulbů a popisuje jednotlivé stupně jednoduchého binokulárního vidění sloužící k získání kvalitního prostorového vjemu. Dále obsahuje část věnující se refrakčním vadám, které mají vliv na vergenční poruchy. Také pojednává o vztahu akomodace a vergence a jejich poruchách, o stavech ortoforie, heteroforie a heterotropie a o epidemiologii vergenčních vad a shrnuje několik různých studií a článků na toto téma. V poslední, závěrečné části se věnuje experimentu soustřeďujícímu se na dané téma.This research deals with the issue of vergence disorders. In the introductory chapters, it describes anatomy of sensory and motor parts of the eye, it deals with eye monocular and binocular movements, eye motility and it provides description of individual stages of simple binocular vision serving to obtain quality spatial perception. It also contains a section dealing with refractive defects that affect vergence disorders. This work also contains information on the relationship of accommodation and vergence and their dysfunctions, description of the state of orthoforia, heterophoria and heterotropia and epidemiology of vergence defects and summarizes several different studies and articles on this topic. In the last final part deals with an experiment focusing on the topic.
