Výběr dodavatele s pomocí vícekriteriálního rozhodování

Abstract

Předmětem řešení bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření výpočetního modelu v programu MS Excel pro řešení obecného vícekriteriálního problému metodou Pattern, představení jeho funkcí, ukázka možného využití při výběru dodavatele průmyslových robotů a vznesení praktických návrhů a doporučení při řešení obdobných rozhodovacích problémů. V jednotlivých kapitolách je představen konkrétní rozhodovací problém podniku, jsou navrženy alternativy řešení a samotný výpočetní model. V závěru byly předloženy návrhy a doporučení.The bachelor thesis's subject matter was the making of model of computation in MS Excel for solution of general multi-criteria decision problem using the Pattern method, presentation of its functions, demonstration of possible application in choosing an industrial robot corporate supplier and making practical suggestions and recommendations for analogous decision problem solving. The constituent chapters introduce the decision problem of a company, bring forward the solution alternatives and the model of computation itself. The thesis concludes with putting forward suggestions and recommendations.
