Predmetom bakalárskej práce je bytový dom v družstevnom vlastníctve. Stavba sa nachádza v mestskej časti Praha 4 - Nové Dvory, kde už čoskoro povedie nová linka pražského metra D. Podkladom pre projekt je územná štúdia od Unit Architekti.
This bachelor's thesis covers the design of an apartment building in cooperative ownership. The building is located in Praha 4 - Nové Dvory district, which awaits redevelopment, thanks to the construction of the newest metro line D. The thesis is based on a zoning plan study elaborated by Unit Architects.
