Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou harmonizace pracovního a rodinného života, zejména z pohledu rodiny, kariéry a genderu. Shrnuje základní pojmy a informace z této problematiky. Zabývá se historií, ale také aktuálními problémy jako jsou návraty z rodičovské dovolené a diskriminace matek na trhu práce. Cílem této práce je poskytnout přehled v problematice harmonizace pracovního a rodinného života a za pomocí dotazníkového šetření zmapovat situaci v České republice.
This thesis deals with work-life balance and it is focused on family, career and gender. It summarizes basic concepts and informations about reconciliation work and family life. It mentions history, but also current issues such as returns from parental leave and discrimination of mothers on the labor market. The aim of this thesis is to provide an overview in work-life balance and by survey find out current situation in Czech republic.
