Kongresové centrum Škoda Auto

Abstract

Diplomová práce navazuje na předdiplomní projekt urbanistické revitalizace areálu starého závodu Škoda Auto a. s. v Mladé Boleslavi. Cílem bylo navrhnout objekt kongresového centra pro Škoda Auto, který je součástí hlavní koncepční osy území. Návrh je rozdělen do dvou objektů, které jsou propojeny lávkou tak, aby nenarušovali hlavní osu území a pohyb návštěvníků v areálu. Hlavním prvkem obou budov je prostor foyer, který vytváří komunikační jádro celého prostoru. Tvar tohoto prostoru propojuje obě budovy, které na sebe osově navazují. Fasáda tvarově reaguje na platformy, které protínají většinu území a jsou inspirovány strukturou neuronu, který přenáší informace z vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. Stejně tak se chová i fasáda, která mění svůj tvar a tak otevírá výhled na náměstí a kostel. Tvar fasády se propisuje i do okolního parteru.The diploma thesis is a continuation of the pre-diploma urban revitalization project of the old Škoda Auto a. s. in Mladá Boleslav. The aim was to design a congress centre for Škoda Auto, part of the central conceptual area axis. The design is divided into two buildings. They are connected by a footbridge, so they do not interfere with the central axis of the area and the movement of visitors in the area. The main element of both buildings is the foyer area, which forms the communication core of the whole space. The shape of this space connects the two buildings, which are axially related to each other. The façade responds in shape to the platforms that intersect most of the area, inspired by the structure of a neuron that transmits information from the internal and external environment. The façade behaves the same way, changing its shape to open up views of the square and the church. The shape of the façade is also written into the surrounding parterre.
