Abstract

Narvržený objekt je součástí klidné oblasti na jižním okraji Prahy – v Modřanech. Hlavním cílem bylo začlenění nové hmoty do již navrženého urbanistického plánu, který doplňuje nezastavěné území dané části města. Významnými body v procesu vytváření objektu bylo náměstí, ke kterému je dům orientován a plynule přejímá jeho veřejný charakter. Dům navazuje na jednoduchost provozu a také na vztahy mezi ostatními budovami a jejich pravidelnost. Tyto body se projevují v prostorové sjednocenosti půdorysu a fasád domu.The proposed building is part of a quiet area on the southern outskirts of Prague – Modřany. The main goal was to incorporate the new shape into the already proposed urban plan, which complements the undeveloped area of the city. Significant points in the process of creating the building was the square, to which the house is oriented and seamlessly takes over its public character. The house builds on the simplicity of operation and also on the relationships between other buildings and their regularity. These points are reflected in the spatial unity of the floor plan and facades of the house.
