Tento problém se snaží vyřešit tato práce. Literární rešerše se zabývá analýzou využití procesních diagramů při řízení podniku. Analýzou nastroje, který umožňuje kreslit takové diagramy. Dále analyzuje pravidla, pomoci kterých se nakreslené diagramy dají verifikovat.
