Doplnění a analýza databáze výsledků měření vzduchotěsnosti budov

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na doplnění a analýza databáze výsledků měření vzduchotěsnosti budov v České Republice, kde získaná data od České asociace ve oboru vzduchotěsnosti v počtu 892 se zkoumá statistickou analýzou. Hlavní materiál u všech typech budov a hlavní vzduchotěsnicí vrstva u dřevostaveb ukazuje vliv na intenzitu výměny vzduchu při tlakovém rozdílu 50 Pa. Analyzovány byly i další parametry, jako změny kvality vzduchotěsnící obálky budovy během posledních let, zkoumaní korelace mezi vnitřním obejmu a vzuchotěsnosti budovy. Kromě toho byly porovnány novostavby a budovy po rekonstrukci dle intenzity výměny vzduchu při tlakovém rozdílu 50 Pa. Na závěr práce, výpočetní analýza s využitím získaných statistických údajů, z kterého se ukazuje znační vliv vzduchotěsnosti na energii kterou potřeba dodat na vytápění budovy.This bachelor thesis focuses on extending and analysing the database of building airtightness measurement results in the Czech Republic. The data is obtained from the Czech Association in the field of airtightness. The quantity of 892 measurements was written down in the database and then examined by statistical analysis. The main material in all types of buildings and the main airtight layer in timber constructions affect the air change rate under the pressure difference of 50 Pa. Other parameters were also analysed, such as changes in the quality of the building's envelope over the years, examining the correlation between internal volume, and airtightness for new buildings and buildings after reconstruction. A computational analysis uses the obtained statistical data to investigate the effect of airtightness on energy building efficiency, which shows the significant effect of airtightness on the energy needed in heating.
