Abstract
Tato diplomová práce obsahuje provozní studii využitelnosti letadla SM-92 Praga Alfa. Jedná se o malé letadlo určené pro širokou škálu leteckých prací. Studie zahrnuje jeho využitelnost v provozu, analýzu konkurenčních typů letadel a možných provozovatelů, včetně popisů různých modifikaci tohoto letadla. Práce vychází z projektu ruské konstrukční firmy a českého výrobce. Cílem projektu je spustit výrobu letadla v České republice. Podmínkou transferu projektu mezi kontinenty je provedení procesu certifikace podle předpisů platných v EU. Práce obsahuje taky analýzu certifikačních požadavků s uvedením hlavních rozdílů mezi ruskými a evropskými předpisy.
The diploma thesis contains an operational study of usability of SM-92 Praga Alfa aircraft. SM-92 is a small aircraft designed for a wide range of aerial works. The study includes aeroplane’s operational usability, the analysis of competitive aircraft types and potential operators, including description of various modifications of the aircraft. The thesis is based on a project of a Russian design company and a Czech manufacturer. The aim of the project is to commence aircraft production in the Czech Republic. A condition for the transfer of the project between the continents is the implementation of the certification process according to the EU regulations. The paper also contains an analysis of certification requirements, with emphasis on the main differences between Russian and European regulations.
