Systémy řízení lidí v organizaci

Abstract

Učební text zpracovaný na základě odborné literatury, vědeckých poznatků a zkušeností autorů vymezuje koncepci řízení lidí v organizaci, objasňuje úlohu řízení lidí při dosahování cílů organizace a představuje základní činností řízení lidí ovlivňující fungování organizace. Studenti si osvojí účelné zásady a postupy pro účinné řízení lidí v organizaci a poznají hlavní úkoly manažerů v řízení lidí v organizaci. Učební text obsahuje čtrnáct kapitol odpovídajících čtrnácti týdnům a tématům výuky předmětu Systémy řízení lidí v magisterském programu Projektové řízení inovací na MÚSV ČVUT v Praze plus kapitolu věnovanou možnému budoucímu vývoji řízení lidských zdrojů s ohledem na aktuální výzvy společnosti. Tyto poznatky se hodí při studiu i v praxi v organizacích všeho zaměření a velikostí.The textbook based on scientific literature, scientific knowledge, and experience of the authors defines the concept of human resource management in the organization, clarifies the role of human resource management in achieving the goals of the organization, and presents the fundamental human resource management policies and practices affecting the functioning of the organization. Students will learn effective principles and practices for efficient management of human resources in the organization and learn the main tasks of managers in managing human resources in the organization. The textbook contains fourteen chapters corresponding to fourteen teaching weeks and topics of the course HR Management Systems in the master's degree program Innovation Project Management at MIAS CTU in Prague plus a chapter devoted to the possible future development of human resource management concerning current challenges of the society. The knowledge is useful for study and practice in organizations of all types and sizes.
