Analýza připravenosti pracovníků zdravotnické záchranné služby v oblasti první psychické pomoci

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá problematikou první psychické pomoci ve zdravotnictví, konkrétně u poskytovatelů zdravotnické záchranné služby, kde toto téma řeší Systém psychosociální intervenční služby (SPIS). Teoretická část je zaměřená na definování odborné terminologie, vysvětlení faktorů, které ovlivňují zasažené osoby na místě mimořádné události, dále na typy chování a situací, se kterými se může setkat člen SPIS týmu. Také se shrnují základy komunikace v krizi a vysvětluje se struktura a význam Systému psychosociální intervenční služby. Cílem praktického šetření je zhodnotit připravenost členů SPIS týmu v poskytování první psychické pomoci sekundárně zasaženým osobám, na místě mimořádné události. K výzkumnému šetření byl použit nestandardizovaný anonymní dotazník, jehož výsledky přispěly k vyhodnocení námi stanovených hypotéz a ke splnění cílů práce.This bachelor thesis deals with the problematics of the first psychological help in health care, specifically with the providers of emergency medical services, where the topic is solves by the System of Psychosocial Intervention Service (SPIS). The theoretical part is focusing on the terminology, explanation of factors that are affecting affected people in the place of an emergency situation, the types of behavior and situations that the member of the SPIS team may face during his duty. This part follows with the summarization of communication in crisis and the structure and importance of the Psychosocial Intervention Service System. The aim of the practical investigation is to evaluate the preparedness of the members of the SPIS team in providing the first psychological help to the secondary affected people, in the place of an emergency situation. A non-standardized anonymous questionnaire was used for the research and the results contributed to the evaluation of our hypotheses and to the fulfillment of set goals.
