Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá základním návrhem geometrie kolesového výložníku. Součástí práce je představení skládkového stroje a jeho zařazení v těžebním procesu. Po srovnání několika variant je zvoleno nejvhodnější řešení. Pro zvolenou variantu jsou provedeny pevnostní a kontrolní výpočty vybraných částí. V rámci diplomové práce je uvedena i optimalizační procedura, která má za úkol snížit celkovou hmotnost kolesového výložníku.
The main objective of this diploma thesis is the basic design of bucket wheel boom geometry. The first part describes a stacking machine and its position in the mining process. The boom geometry is designed in three variants. The best option is chosen based on their comparison. The chosen design in supported by structural and check calculations carried out for selected parts. This diploma thesis also includes optimization procedure which focuses on lowering the bucket wheel boom weight.
