Řízení vývoje elektroniky vozů Škoda s ohledem na management nákladů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení vývoje zejména elektroniky ve vozech Škoda s ohledem na management nákladů. Druhá kapitola po vlastním úvodu popisuje vztah elektroniky k automobilovému průmyslu z pohledu historického, v dnešní době a uvažuje o budoucnosti. Třetí kapitola definuje dodavatelský řetězec, jeho řízení, cíle a ukazuje optimalizace v rámci koncernu Volkswagen. Čtvrtá kapitola se výhradně věnuje nejdůležitějšímu procesu v rámci technického vývoje automobilky Škoda, a to procesu vzniku výrobku. Pátá kapitola popisuje fungování finančního controllingu vývoje v praxi. Detailně se věnuje finančnímu řízení projektů a na příkladu ukazuje vyhodnocování změn a stavů projektů za pomoci výpočtu hospodárnosti.This bachelor thesis is mainly focused on the issues of managing the development of especially electronics of Škoda vehicles with regard to costs management. The second chapter after the introduction describes the relationship between electronics and the automotive industry from the historic view, nowadays and considers the future. The third chapter defines the supply chain, it's management, goals and shows optimisations within the Volkswagen group. The fourth chapter exclusively focuses on the most important process within the Škoda technical development, the product development process. The fifth chapter describes the function of financial controlling in practice. It deals with financial project management in detail and shows the evaluation process of changes and project states on an example with the help of calculation of economic efficiency.
