Srovnání koncepcí strategie kultury ve vybraných evropských metropolích (Praha, Vídeň, Drážďany)

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je srovnání a zhodnocení koncepcí strategie kultury vybraných evropských metropolí, konkrétně Prahy, Vídně a Drážďan. Kulturní politiky jsou v rámci strategického plánování jeho důležitou součástí, neboť ovlivňují široké spektrum lidské činnosti. Mají význam nejen ekonomický, zejména v souvislosti s fenoménem kulturních a kreativních průmyslů, ale také sociální. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmů kultura, hmotné a nehmotné kulturní dědictví, kulturní infrastruktura a kulturní a kreativní průmysly. V praktické části jsou porovnány kulturní strategie jednotlivých měst na základě analýzy SWOT a jsou také navržena možná opatření pro jejich zlepšení.The aim of the thesis is to compare and evaluate different approaches towards strategic planning in terms of culture in three European cities - Prague, Vienna, and Dresden. Recently, cultural policies have become an integral part of strategic planning due to their influence on wide spectrum of human activities. Their relevance is mainly economic as cultural and creative industries are becoming more important, and social. The thesis is divided into two sections, theoretical and practical. First part is dedicated to the definition of selected terms - culture, cultural heritage, cultural infrastructure, cultural and creative industries. The practical part then aims to provide an overall analysis of cultural policies of the three cities. SWOT analysis is used as the key method.
