Abstract
Tato diplomová práce popisuje využití lepených spojů ve stavebnictví, jejich návrh a chování v závislosti na tloušťce lepidla. Experimentální část se zaměřuje na ověření dvou typů polyuretanových lepidel, SikaFast - 5215 NT a Crestabond M7 – 05. Provedené experimenty zkoumají chování lepeného spoje namáhaného smykem pro dvě vybraná lepidla v závislosti na použitém materiálu (sklo, hliník, ocel), tloušťce lepené spáry (1 mm, 3 mm a 5 mm) a úpravě povrchu (pozinkování, broušení). Výsledky z provedených zkoušek dále slouží k ověření numerických modelů sestavených v softwaru Ansys Workbench 2019 R3.
This thesis describes the use of adhesive joints in construction, their design and behaviour in dependence of the adhesive thickness. The experimental part focuses on verification of two types of polyurethane adhesives, SikaFast - 5215 NT and Crestabond M7 - 05. The experiments investigate the adhesive joint behaviour for two selected adhesives whit depending on used material (glass, aluminum, steel), the adhesive thickness (1 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm) and surface treatment (galvanizing, grinding). The results of experiments are served for verification of numerical models which are compiled at Ansys Workbench 2019 R3.
