Vliv ventilačního scintigrafického vyšetření plic na diagnostiku plicní embolie

Abstract

Bakalářská práce popisuje využití scintigrafických vyšetření plic v klinické praxi a posuzuje přínos ventilační scintigrafie při diagnostice plicní embolie. V teoretické části je představena nukleární medicína a její princip zobrazování. Dále je zde popsána anatomie a fyziologie dýchacího systému, patofyziologie plicních onemocnění a scintigrafická vyšetření plic. Také je zde uvedena úloha radiologického asistenta při provádění těchto vyšetření a radiační ochrana v nukleární medicíně. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou dat scintigrafických vyšetření plic provedených na vybraném pracovišti. Dále jsou v ní uvedeny konkrétní klinické případy čtyř pacientů, kteří na tomto pracovišti podstoupili obě scintigrafická vyšetření plic. Výsledky byly prezentovány ve formě tabulek, grafů a případových studií. Na základě výsledků analýzy dat a případových studií byla zhodnocena role scintigrafických vyšetření při diagnostice plicní embolie a přínos ventilační scintigrafie.

The bachelor thesis describes the use of lung scintigraphy in clinical practice and evaluates the contribution of ventilation scintigraphy in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. The theoretical part introduces nuclear medicine and its imaging principles. The anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system, pathophysiology of lung diseases and scintigraphic examinations of the lung are also described. The role of the radiological assistant in performing these examinations and radiation protection in nuclear medicine are also presented. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of data of scintigraphic examinations of the lungs performed at the selected department. It also presents specific clinical cases of four patients who have undergone both lung scintigraphic examinations at this department. The results were presented in the form of tables, graphs and case studies. Based on the results of the data analysis and case studies, the role of scintigraphic examinations in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism and the benefit of ventilation scintigraphy were evaluated.
